Payments are required to join the Aurora Grooming waitlist. Payments made to Aurora Grooming take approximately 2 days to process. Payment ensures your spot is secured, this is to guarantee your commitment to purchase. Refunds are not issued after steps are taken to create your product. E-mail updates may be requested for when your product is in it's beginning steps of creation. Waitlist times cannot be given since different products may take more or less time to complete.

Shipping times may vary based on location, CONUS purchases qualify for free shipping on orders above $50, OCONUS orders may incur a shipping fee. Boar, badger, and horse based knots will not be shipped OCONUS. Exceptions may apply. Tracking will be provided to the e-mail given. In the event that a product becomes lost in the mail while en route to customer, that customer may qualify for a replacement products. To qualify tracking must show that the product was not delivered or was lost. This does not apply to OCONUS purchases. Aurora Grooming is not responsible for products damaged in shipment, but will take steps necessary to prevent damage in shipment.
