Q: Why did you start a waitlist?

A: After a large order came in I realized if I kept accepting orders I'd get overwhelmed. I needed a way to keep customer orders organized and not take in too many, thus, the waitlist.

Q: Why do I have to pay to be on the waitlist?

A: Paying for your order ahead of time secures your place in line and guarantees your commitment to the purchase you're making. If you're not sure whether or not you really want to order, we should probably let someone who knows they want to take that spot!

Q: How long am I going to be on the waitlist?

A: Time will tell, I cannot be certain how long the orders ahead are going to take! It depends on your place in line!

Q: How will I know when it's my turn?

A: When you join the waitlist, you provide an e-mail. I will e-mail you a confirmation, along with your initial place in line. Then I will e-mail you when your production on your brush is started, and you can probably catch it turned live on Instagram! Tracking information from shipping will also be provided to your e-mail.

Q: How do I know when the waitlist is open?

A: Sign up for the website, and I'll send a mass e-mail out to everyone to alert that the waitlist is open!
